Lavendon, Cold Brayfield and Newton Blossomville

A beautiful walk in the countryside on the North Bucks/Northamptonshire border. We walk along well maintained farm tracks and field boundaries, across parkland and through woods.

The lunch stop is at the church in the picturesque village of Newton Blossomville. As we leave the village we pass a loophole constructed in a stone wall in 1940 for use by members of the home guard in case of invasion by Hitler’s armies.
