Almost figure-of-eight walk, starting from the car park at Aspley Guise Recreation Ground (turning off West Hill next to Aspley Guise & Woburn Sands Golf Club).

Walk is through woods, across sandy heathland and along field edges. There are a couple of steep inclines. Please bring a packed lunch. There is the option of leaving the walk after 4 miles if you are happy to follow verbal directions.
