Location: Park in Ashridge National Trust Car Park, Monument Drive, Aldbury, Dacorum, Herts, HP4 1LX. Park as near to Ashridge Monument Café (near to the iconic landmark of the Bridgewater Monument) as you can. Walk will start from the café at 10:15am. Parking is free to National Trust members. Non National Trust members are asked to make a voluntary donation of £2.

A walk through the Ashridge Estate offers varied scenery, from ancient beech woodlands to open chalk grasslands, and opportunities to see abundant wildlife like fallow deer and muntjac. The Ashridge Estate is a 5,000 acres area of the Chiltern Hills owned and managed by the National Trust and an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB).
